Power Styler review

For the past couple of weeks I have been trying out the The Power Styler*, by a company called Daroko, to blow dry my hair. They are basically little bits of metal which click onto your hair dryer and claim to give you a smoother, shinier blow dry and reduce time.
I am not a big lover of blow drying my hair, I cannot be bothered with brushes and sections as that always takes forever. Therefore I normally just leave to air dry and then I'll straighten or curl it. But this little gadget did look interesting and promises good results therefore I thought I would give it a go. You use it like you would dry your hair normally and the metal bits have to lightly touch your hair. They do say you should use a brush while drying as well but as I don't do this normally I thought I would try it without to see if it made a difference.
I have to say that I thought my hair did take less time to dry and did seem to be smoother. My hair did not go frizzy like it normally would do and has remained in good condition until the next time I washed it. I think for the price this is a nice addition to any hair dryer, you don't have to do anything different or spend lots of money yet you do get better results. It can attach easily to any hair dryer and is suitable for all hair types.

It comes in a range of pretty colours and they also ship worldwide, more info on their website here

Lots of love

  1. These look so strange! I love trying anything that stops my hair being so frizzy haha. My best tip for blow drying hair is to do it in sections at a time. You get much better results x

    1. It is a strange little product but surprising good. Yes I think I would have much better results if I did it in sections but I am always way too lazy lol x

  2. Never heard of these! Definitely going to have to give them a purchase, as I'm a super lazy blow dryer too:)

    1. Definetely worth a go for only £15, I really hope it helps you! x
