Hybrid Fashion

A few weeks back I was sent this elegant red midi dress from Hybrid Fashion*, so here is one for all of you attending a work Christmas party this year. Now let me tell you photographing this dress has been a massive ordeal. First I had to wait until it was light and not raining, then I had to have someone help me take the photo's. And when I finally got outside, the whole world walks past staring, cue my face turning the colour of this dress. £145
I love the bright red Christmassy feel this dress gives off, and it will definitely catch some eyes. As it is figure hugging and midi, it looks very sophisticated yet sexy. I have paired it with plain black tights and heels so that the attention is on the dress. Yes the dresses are quite pricey but are good value if you are attending a smart dinner or party, or even a day at the races.  I would say this dress is more suited to someone a tiny bit older than myself but I still would wear it if I had a smart occasion to attend.

I did find the sleeves a little bit difficult to understand on this dress (yes I couldn't figure out how sleeves worked) but I don't think they looked too bad in the end. Although I would probably prefer the dress without the cap sleeves. But the style of the dress and the cross stitching along the front really helps hold everything in place, so makes your body look 10 times better.
Hybrid Fashion have some absolutely beautiful dresses for plenty of occasions whether it be your graduation, a party, race day or a wedding guest, you are bound to find something you love. Check them out here

P.S. I was also challenged by So... With Attitude* to pair one of there couture fragrances with an outfit. The fragrance I pick to go with this red dress is Paris. Its a very feminine scent yet sophisticated, which matches this style perfectly.
