Last week I dragged Josh to the seafront to take some photo's for me for another outfit of the day post. We are very lucky that we live so close to the sea, I absolutely love it, especially when there is a beautiful sunset. I saw this pink midi skirt in Primark and it was love at first sight. However I was a bit reluctant to buy it as I think that midi skirts either look really good or really bad. But it wasn't going to break the bank so I just threw it into my basket #notsorry!

It is a stunning hot pink colour which is extremely eye catching, being a very girly girl, I love it! The lining underneath is a short skirt and stops mid thigh. The midi outer layer is see through so you can see the under lining, which I think makes the skirt a lot more modern. Also it sits high on the waist, so even though it does come below the knee, it doesn't look like a granny skirt. I like how this skirt flows in the wind but you still have the lining which is tight, so you don't bare your dignity. All these elements have made this skirt extremely stylish and easily wearable, well done Primark.
I have paired this skirt with an all in one from Asos. This off the shoulder, Bardot inspired body really adds a sort of 50's vibe to this look. Although channeling my inner vintage belle, I still think this look is very classy and modern as well... Especially with the pastel pink hair and massive tattoo haha.
My pink and blue floral wedges are from Tesco's F+F range last year. These are one of my more comfortable pairs of heels and the pattern stands out nicely with this look as there is no other prints.
I hope you enjoyed this post and have liked my photos.

P.S. I do prefer outfit photos which are in a nice location but sometimes it's a little bit time consuming, not to mention the added embarrassment of a 'photoshoot'. I will try and do a few more of these if you prefer them. Let me know in comments.
