ELF Haul Black Friday

Hey raindrops
So here is a quick post to show you the products I bought from ELF in their black friday sale which was a massive 50% off! If you ready my NYX post you will see I was looking for some rose gold lipsticks, I found a couple from ELF which are quite rose gold toned. I also picked up a few other bargains as well, all the prices listed are before the discount was applied.

Mineral Lipstick - Nicely nude £5
This is a gorgeous pinky nude colour with a slight gold shimmer. Its very close to rose gold but extremely light so you do need to apply a bit to see the colour. Its a great nude shade and perfect to wear every single day.

Mineral Lipstick - Rosy Raisin £5
This lipstick isn't that pigmented so you have to apply a lot to see the colour. That's because it is very sheer and glossy so if you looking for a lightly coloured, soft, moisturing lipstick then this one is perfect.  This is more of a orangy peach tone but with a slight gold shimmer.

Mineral Lipstick - Fiery Fushia £5
This lipstick is a lot more pigmented, you only need to apply a little bit to see the colour. Its a lovely rosy red colour, I wouldn't say its very much like fushia, but its quite a fiery red with a shimmer behind it.

All over cover stick - Pink Lemonade £1.50
This stick is to use on your eyes, lips or cheeks. Its a very girly pink shade which a lovely shimmer in it, I think it would make a lovely blush but its quite bright so I would only use a little bit on my cheeks. The stick is quite a weird round shape so I would probably use a brush to add a little bit to my cheeks or lips.

Eyeshade C Brush £3.75
This brush is the perfect size for the eyelid. It is great for sweeping on colour and blending across.

Flawless concealer brush £3.75
Is a lovely fluffy brush and a great size for blending in concealer. Its really soft on the skin and applies concealer flawlessly.

Small Precision Brush £3.75
This is a tiny brush but is really wonderful for precisely adding eyeshadow to all the right places. You can add lots of detail but blending in small areas or adding colour to certain areas.

Small Smudge Brush £3.75
This brush is pretty much the same as the last one but has shorter bristles. It does the exact same job and is just as wonderful.

Imperial Candle

Hiya loves
I recently received a special candle from Imperial Candles*. They have a selection of gorgeous smelly candles in glass containers but each one has a piece of jewelry inside. The jewelry can be a ring, bracelet or necklace between the value of £10 and £2000 which is a great surprise for someone. The candle is 100% soy wax and is hand poured in the UK. I think this product would definitely make a fantastic present for someone.

It is very similar to the Jewel candle which I recently reviewed, you can read about here, although I think it is a much better improvement. The Imperial Candle smell is a lot stronger so it fills the whole room quicker and there are 2 wicks so that the candle burns down evenly, the jewel candle has only 1 wick so there is wax all around the side and is a bit burnt because it didn't burn even. Imperial candle also ask for your ring size so if you receive a ring, it actually fits you. With the ring in the Jewel candle it was quite big so I haven't been able to wear it.

Here's the surprise inside
I picked the flavour coffee caramel cream and it smells absolutely amazing, I am so in love with this scent. I received a cute little ring inside which fits perfectly, it's meant to be worth £30. (I'm not sure if I would pay £30 for the ring but I guess it is silver) so if it is worth that much then that's such a great deal as the candle only costs £25, the only problem is that the jewelry might not be to your taste but I'm sure you can find some use to it. Lets be honest how can you resist the surprise of getting free jewelry in a candle, its so exciting!

They have loads of Christmas scents at the moment like apple and cinnamon or mulled wine, or other beautiful scents like bouquet of flowers or cheesecake flavour. So if someone bought you a present this Christmas but you forgot to get them one back (always embarrassing) then I'm sure they would love it if you sent them one of these candles.

You can find Imperial candle on their website https://www.imperialcandles.co.uk/

L.A Luxe Mink Lashes

Hiya cupcakes
I recently received some handmade 100% authentic mink fur eye lashes by L.A Luxe Lashes*. I love false lashes and where them nearly every time I go on a night out. I think they really add a lot to your make up and even if you don't where too much make up they make you look instantly glamorous. LA Mink lashes are supposed to last a lot longer than normal ones, you can re use them about 25 times, whereas normal fake lashes you would really only re use them about 3 times.

I received the 'Natural Flirt' style lashes. They are soft, shiny, look really natural, blend into my own lashes well and I really enjoyed wearing them. They are extremely light weight, I would say lighter than normal ones and I completely forgot I was wearing them. Sometimes false eyelashes get on my nerves and start weighing down my eye lids but these ones didn't at all. You do have to cut them down as they are very long to suit all eye sizes.

I will be posting a video of how I got this make up look soon
The Natural Flirt lashes are exactly what the name says, natural looking but slightly longer at the end to give that flirty girly look. I wore them with a really dramatic smokey eye but as I said you can wear them with barely any make up and they look great because they are more natural. Sometimes I just wear a very simple eye look of mascara and eyeliner, which looks pretty boring but when I add lashes I am instantly ready for a night out. You will need to buy your own glue as it doesn't come with the lashes. I just used glue from another pair of lashes.

Mink lashes... you may think that's quite controversial and at first glance you may be really against it. However the fur is collected from the natural shredding process of the mink. They are sterilized, hypo allergenic, and free from dye and chemicals. No harm is caused to the animals.

I love how girly and gorgeous the lashes look
Although they are quite expensive for eyelashes, you would normally spend about £5 for a normal pack which would last you about 3 times. Which means if you spent £20 on normal lashes then you would only get about 12 wears out of them, whereas mink lashes its £20 for 25 wears, which is a much better deal. Also I would say that the quality is worth paying for, just because they are so amazingly light! If you hate wearing false eyelashes I would recommend that you give these a go.

They do have lots of other styles including more nautral ones or bigger, more extravagant ones. Check LA Luxe out on their website http://www.laluxelashes.com/ or on Twitter https://twitter.com/laluxelashes.

#EsseXmasMeet

Hello my lovely lambs
A couple of weeks ago on the 7th December I went to the Essexmas Blogger meet up in Romford.  The event was organised by Haydy and we went to a bar called Missoula. We paid £10 each for a ticket which included a meal of your choice (I had a yummy burger and chips) and lots of drinks (which I couldn't take advantage of because I was driving).  I have never been to a blogger meet up before so I was a bit nervous but I had a great time and can't wait for the next one. Haydy was such a good host and everyone was so lovely and welcoming.

Here are some pics of the event... I wish I took some myself but I left my camera in the car :/

Goodie bags
Loads of drinks and cocktails!

I also gave Rae a lift to the blogger meet so she bought me this really cute little gift which was so kind of her. Its a tiny little sparkly cracker which had a Nails Inc varnish inside. I love it!

NYX Haul Cyber Monday

Hiya flowers
I recently bought a few products from NYX Cosmetics in their Cyber Monday Sale, it was only about 20% off but that's still quite a good discount. I love NYX at the moment, they have so much choice and a product for everyone. They are very resonable priced and have such good quality make up. (The prices listed are before the discount)

Blush - Desert rose £6
This blush is a gorgeous antique pink colour and is super girly. It's great for the winter as its quite frosty and looks like you have a flush of colour from being in the cold. It's so pigmented and looks absolutely beautiful. I have worn this blush loads since I've purchased it and I love it! Such a perfect all round shade for anyone and any occasion.

Round lipstick - Indian pink £4
I was looking for a rose gold lipstick as I am obsessed at the moment, so I bought this one and the one below. I think this lipstick optimizes rose gold and is exactly spot on. Its sort of a peachy toned pink with a gold shimmer behind. Its quite subtle so can be worn every single day, it also smells really good, sort of perfumey but in a nice way.

Round Lipstick - Watermelon £4
This rose gold lipstick is also spot on but has more shimmer in it than the indian pink. Its very similar to the one above but more of a pinky pink and a lot more gold. However it is also still very subtle and can be worse every day. It adds some sparkle to a simple make up look.

Xtreme lip cream - Dolly Girl £7
This lip cream is so pigmented, I saw a make up artist use it on Twitter and I just had to have it. Its probably the most girliest colour ever, it is so bright and adventuso is probably more suited to a night out. Its a gorgeous creamy gloss, a little bit sticky at first but is fine after a few minutes. It also smells a bit like marzipan :) and stays on for hours.

Matte Lip Cream - Amsterdam £5.50
I bought this product a few weeks before the sale but I thought I would show it to you anyways. It is a lovely soft lip gloss but drys matte on your lips. It is so pigmented and has such a bright vivid colour. It smells so nice like candyfloss and stays put for ages. It isn't drying at all but you might want to re apply every few hours. The colour is a gorgeous blue toned red and will look stunning on everyone. I am so in love with this product and wear it all the time.

Lots of love my little lambs

P.S. Have you seen my new video yet? Its a get ready with me video that I filmed before I went to the EsseXmas Bloggers Meetup (A post about the event will be up soon). I used the blush and the matte lip cream in this look, I hope you like it!

Jolly Bunny Slippers

Hi sweethearts
I recently received the cutest pair of slippers from a company called Jolly Bunny*. They are pink and fluffy with cute little bunny ears and a bunny tail. I suffer from cold feet and hands every single day, even when it's boiling hot outside, I think its poor circulation, So these slippers keep my feet extremely warm and are great to wear about the house. You can get them made in any colour or size you want so would make a great present for someone.

I don't normally wear slippers, I just wear fluffy socks every minute of every day, but these feel light just like socks and aren't restrictive at all. They don't slip on surfaces and don't fall off cos they are made for your size. They are also machine washable which is a bonus.

Jolly Bunny Slippers - $25
Jolly Bunny was started by a Ukrainian couple and they are very passionate about their product. They are a great, friendly company and their project is currently on Kickstarter. So if you want to help them out or fancy buying a pair of these slippers, then take a look at their Kickstarter page here.

HD Brows

Hiya puppies

Last week I had HD Brows done at the Leigh Sanctuary Day Spa in Essex. I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of the HD brows treatment but basically its a very precise eye brow treatment to get them into the perfect shape using tinting, threading, waxing, tweezing and clipping. They can work wonders with mostly any brows, even people that think they have barely any brow to play with. My brows didn't really have much of an arch so I never thought they could do much for me, but I saw all the amazing before and after photo's so thought I would give it a try.

Eyebrows before

The Leigh Sanctuary Spa is a lovely friendly place with a relaxing atmosphere. I had to go in the day before for a patch test as they tint your brows but this wasn't a problem. A lovely girl called Georgia did my brows for me, as I had never had them done before, she provided me with lots of great information about the treatment, what she was going to do to my brows and loads of tips to make my brows look better afterwards. Firstly she asked me what colour I would like my brows to be. I wasn't overly bothered so she just done them my natural colour. It may seem pointless tinting my brows my natural colour but it makes them a a better colour there might be very light ones around my brow which can be used or taken away. She then waxed above and below my brows to get the shape in and create more of an arch. Next Georgia threaded them to get all the tiny hairs above the brows, I have had this done once and cried because it hurt so much, however this didn't hurt at all and I was so surprised, it must just depend on the person doing them. As the treatment is very precise she looks at every single hair to see whether it is needed or not. Georgia spent a lot of time looking at the hairs and tweezing away unwanted ones as every single hair can make a difference. She then brushed my brows upwards and gave them a very tiny trim as I wanted to keep the thickness of them. It took about 40 minutes overall.

 Eyebrows After

She showed me my new brows and the transformation was incredible. My brows were quite straight before but she created a lovely arch in them and I couldn't believe how great they looked. As both my brows are completely different, one was very nearly the perfect shape and the other would need a couple more treatments to get it right. She told me where abouts I need to grow them and not touch them so she can add more hairs in the next treatment. Finally Georgia powdered them in with the HD Brows palette and they look absolutely fantastic. I have never been more please with them and if definitely changes your face loads. Depending on how quick your brows grow will depend on when you next get the treatment. I am going to go back in about 4 to 6 weeks to get them done again as mine grow quite slowly.

Before and After
I did get a little cut under one of my brows from the waxing and a few little scratches above my brows, so don't get them done the day before an event or party but it did clear up in a few days. I can't wait to go back and have them done again and I would 100% recommend this to anyone even if you think they won't be able to do anything. It cost me £25 and is definitely worth the money.

If you want to find out more information about the treatment or find a salon hear you that does them, the you can visit the HD Brows website here.

Lots of love sweethearts

P.S. Let me know if you have had them done and what you thought.

The Glamour Beauty Edit Box

Hi there beauts

I recently bought The Glamour Beauty Edit box from Latest in Beauty. I saw it on Twitter and the products looked great for only £14.95 (worth £65) which is a great deal so I thought I would buy it. Some are full sized products and some are sample or half size. I have tried each of the products for a couple of weeks now so I will share with you my opinions.

http://www.latestinbeauty.com/glamour/# £14.95 or £18.90 with P+P

Philip Kingsley One More Day Dry Shampoo - £13.50 200ml
This product works well just like every other dry shampoo does. It made my hair feel refreshed and less greasy between washes. A major plus point was that it didn't leave any colour or powderyness in my hair. It is also a great handy product to keep in your hand bag for whenever you need a fresh hair fix.

Balance Me Radiance Face Oil - £30.00 30ml
I did like this product but I don't think I would purchase it. It is a nice face oil which makes me feel like I am in a spa when I put it on. The smell is gentle and relaxing but I wouldn't say it made much of a difference to my skin. It looks quite fresh and radiant when you first apply it but I don't think it made my face more radiant overall.

Eyeko Lash Curlers - £12.00
I have never used lash curlers before because I didn't think it would make much of a difference. However now I have used them I think I always will. I really love these curlers by Eyeko, they definitely make a difference in my lashes appearance. It gives them a nice curl and makes them look more prominent as mine are quite small. I haven't used any other curlers so can't really compare them but I thought they were great.

Benefit They're Real Mascara - £19.50 8.5g
I have wanted to try this for ages but being someone that uses mostly highstreet products I thought it was quite expensive, so I was very pleased to receive this. It really did live up to my expectations, this is the best mascara I have ever used. Using this and the curlers made my lashes look great. I would say if you don't like spidery lashes then don't buy this or only use a tiny bit, but I don't mind them looking a little bit spidery as it made them look super long. I will definitely be buying the full sized version of this after.

HD Brows Eye and Brow Palette - Foxy - £19.96
Again this is another product that I really wanted to try. I have recently had HD Brows done at a salon which I will post about in a few days (and I will add a picture of the inside of the palette) so receiving this product was a brill bonus. It is so so so pigmented so you only need to dab your brush in the tinyest amount. Foxy is the middle shade palette so is perfect for most people, it matches my brows perfectly and is probably the best brow product I have tried.

Maybelline Baby Lips - Hydrate - £2.99
I already own one of the American Baby Lips in the Rose flavour which I absolutely love so I was excited to try this one. I think this one is the best smelling UK one (I don't have any of the UK ones but I have smelt them), its very hard to explain but its sort of citrusy and lemony. It smells and tastes amazing, glides on your lips and hydrates them for a few hours. I get very dry flaky lips so I love this product so much.

Toni and Guy Glamour Hairspray - £6.39 250ml
This product is also a very handy size to keep in your handbag or for travelling. I have very thick, heavy hair so when I buy hairspray it has to be the most firm or maximum hold. This one by Toni and Guy is a firm hold hairspray and it is wonderful. I backcombed my hair and sprayed this on and the height held in place and it lasted all day. It was quite difficult to brush out but I don't mind this as long as it holds my hair. It is a very good hair spray and I can't wait to use it for a night out.

You can purchase the Glamour Beauty Edit box here.

Arbonne Skincare

Hi sweetie pie's

I was recently sent some small samples by Arbonne International* from their RE9 Advanced range and I have used them for the past couple of weeks. Arbonne are high end products, they use natural ingredients, are hypoallergenic and are vegan friendly. I was sent a range of skin care products like cleaner, toner, moisturiser, serum, night cream, day cream and eye cream. These samples are extremely concentrated so you only need to use a tiny bit which is why they lasted me so long. You are supposed to see results within 24 hours with these products which I was a bit skeptical about but I would actually say I did see good results.

Full set £257
I have to say I have loved using these products so much. I believe this range is for anti aging which I don't really need being 20 years old, but they have made my skin feel the best it's ever felt, so soft and smooth. The RE9 products kind of smell like a mix of oranges and suncream (the day cream with SPF 20 smelt a bit too strong of suncream for my liking). I ran out of the cleanser and toner quite quickly but all the moisturisers lasted ages, even a 3ml sample lasted well over a week. My favourite product was the renewal serum as that made my skin feel healthy and refreshed. I would 100% buy the full sized versions of these products but they are a bit out of my price range so I am not too sure. All the products range between £30-£60 for about 30ml which would last ages but I don't really have that kind of money to spend on skin care at the moment. I think you can also buy the full set of products for £250 which would make a nice christmas or birthday present (hint hint).

Intensive Renewal Serum £46
Night Repair Creme £67
Arbonne are a great company as they have good ethical values and are always looking to reduce their carbon footprint. If you are looking for high end natural products then I definitely recommend this company. They also stock products for bath and body, hair care, men's products, sun protection, make up, fragrance, and even nutritional products. They pretty much have everything and are expanding all over the world. I have some other samples from them which I am currently trying so a review of them will be up in the future.

You can find Arbonne here https://www.arbonneinternational.co.uk/.
